Exercise Types:
Body Weight, Standing Cardio, Reinforcement (for pains,prevention or healing of injury), Interval,Circuits,SAQ,Pad Work, Skip Rope,Stretching & Free Weights.
Other Training On Request:
Breathing ( relaxation ) Self Defence, Football.
If you are overweight we can train you in Special way to not put too much pressure on your joints, muscles, bones & most of all to keep you motivated along your weight loss journey!!
