Bonjour !
With over 20 years of international teaching experience, I have been supporting IB French students across Switzerland and internationally — at Ab Initio, Standard Level, and Higher Level. Many of my students achieve grade 7.
I specialise in:
• IB French Ab Initio
• IB French Standard Level (SL)
• IB French Higher Level (HL)
I have a thorough mastery of the IB French B curriculum — the assessment criteria, the weighting of every component, and what distinguishes a good response from an excellent one. I am regularly in contact with students' classroom teachers to align preparation with what is being covered in class.
What I cover:
• Individual Oral — photo description, presentation structure, discussion strategies
• Paper 1 — all text types, register, vocabulary, and structure
• Paper 2 — reading and listening comprehension strategies
• Grammar and vocabulary across all five IB global themes
• Past paper practice under timed conditions
After every session, students receive a lesson recap by email — including new vocabulary, grammar points, and exercises.
Lessons are delivered online via Zoom or Teams, available all year including school holidays and after-school hours.
