This course is designed to provide you with practical tools and techniques to cultivate mindfulness in your daily life. Through guided meditations, and reflective practices, you will learn how to reduce stress, and enhance focus. Join this transformative experience and take the first step towards a more mindful way of living.
Programme
Session 1: What is mindfulness? + candle meditation
Session 2: Principles of mindfulness + box breathing
Session 3: Mindful breathing and body scan
Session 4: Identifying emotions
Session 5: How to handle difficult emotions + second arrow log
Session 6: Mindful living
Session 7: Mindful painting
Session 8: Gentle self-love meditation + wrap-up
Prérequis
The course will be organized through Zoom. Please make yourselves comfortable, whether you choose to follow the course sitting in a chair, or on a sofa, or on a yoga mat on the floor.
Required materials:
Session 1: candle, matches or lighter
Session 6: a small snack, may be anything from an apple, a tuna sandwich to a chocolate bar
Session 7: a small canvas, gouache or acrylic paint, paint brushes
Session 8: paper and colored pencils or pastels
Optional: pen and paper, blanket, cushion, warm socks, comfortable clothes, drinks.
