Course Kundalini Yoga class at your place or outdoor
Each yoga class lasts about 1h or 1h30 and is composed as follows:
* 10 to 15 minutes of warm-up,
* 40 to 60 minutes of exercises (postures or asanas),
* 10 to 15 minutes of relaxation.
Whatever your level, beginner, intermediate or advanced, different choices are available
Programme
A Kundalini yoga session lasts between 1 hour and 1h30.
It can be practiced alone or in a group, preferably in the morning, although Kundalini is one of the only yoga that can be done in the evening. In a sitting position, we work a lot on the breath with pranayama (the control of vital energy through the breath), making a distinction between breathing in through the right and left nostrils. We make movements with our arms and body in a rhythmic way, we sing, we use mantras (positive messages), we meditate... In short, we become fully aware of our body and mind. It is a form of inner spirituality.
Benefits of Kundalini yoga
Kundalini yoga allows to channel energies and to observe oneself in order to know oneself better. We take a real break and take the time to concentrate on our personal development. "Kundalini yoga has nothing to do with dynamic yoga, where you do a series of postures and acrobatics. ». We strengthen the body so that stress doesn't physically eat away at us.
Prérequis
The objective?
To reach a state of well-being and inner peace. The effects are more or less intense on people, sometimes to the point of feeling very powerful emotions.
