Animateur scolaire, psychothérapeute et professeur de yoga j'ai pu observer nombre d'enfants subir le stress du quotidien et ayant du mal à communiquer leur ressentis.

Par le biais de jeux de yoga, de méditation et de divers exercices de bien-être, je souhaite partager avec les plus jeunes des outils de communication et de gestion des émotions.

Ma conviction est qu'un enfant qui se connait mieux grandira de manière harmonieuse pour devenir par la suite un adulte épanoui.

ABOUT ME
